~As announced in March, ProGreen expected to have a definitive agreement signed in April, for an initial tranche of a $3,000,000 investment from Futura Fastigheter AB in Sweden. As a result of a broadening of the agreement, the execution has been delayed and the final version is now expected to be signed during the month of May.
